InboxMind integrates with Gmail to provide automated email summaries. We comply fully with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Gmail Data

• Read email content solely to generate summaries and labels
• Store summaries and labels in Supabase and Notion
• Never use data for advertising or unrelated purposes

How We Protect Data

• OAuth 2.0 secure authentication
• No human access to your email unless explicitly granted
• No sharing with third parties except required processors (Supabase, OpenAI)

Revoking Access

You may disconnect Gmail at any time from your Google Account page.
